【中关村在线软件资讯】谷歌在近日的推出的Google Drive受到了用户的广泛关注，其下载量在一天之内就突破了500万。但是，此次Google drive的某些使用协议并不像人们想象的那样“只是些废话”，而是对用户上传内容的使用权做出了一些“诡异”的规定，我们先来看一下原文：
原文：
“When you upload or otherwise submit content to our Services, you give Google (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services)， communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content。
The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Services (for example, for a business listing you have added to Google Maps). Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided to that Service. Also, in some of our Services, there are terms or settings that narrow the scope of our use of the content submitted in those Services. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content that you submit to our Services. ”
译文：
“一但你上传了，你给了Google(及相关人员)全球范围的许可，可以使用，集合，存储，复制，修改，衍生(比如翻译、改编及其它我们认为需要的使你的内容更合乎我们服务的修改)，交流，公开，公开传播，公开展示与分发的些内容的权利。
你授予的这些权利允许我们将其用于且仅用于操作、优化和提升我们的服 务，以及开发新的服务。这项权利在你停止使用我们的服务后仍然持续。有的服务允许你访问和删除你上传的内容。有的服务允许你限制我们对你上传内容的使用。 你确实你给予了我们适当的许可。”
如果用户同意了以上这段话，那么Google就可以通过压缩、复制来存储你的文件。就就是说，Google Drive拥有的不仅仅是作为文件本身，同样它还获得了对其中内容的使用与展示的授权。
假如，一位用户是某卡通形象的设计者，他将自己的作品保存在Google Drive里了。按照上述条款，Google是有权利在在它自己的主页上采用甚至修改这个卡通形象。即便你从你的云空间里删掉了这些形象，但根据上述条 款，Google仍然可以继续展示使用下去。

所以，Google推出的这个荒谬条款已经突破了人们对于网络存储的概念。如果你想使用Google Drive的话，最好在存储文件时，思考一下这件东西是否要保密。
